The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and her technique of using her real-world experiences to relay the information made the course interesting. Instead of 3 days of lecture, it was time spent in an active dialog and I also learned from the other more experienced people in the room. All questions were not only answered but welcomed. I also thought the location was convenient and easy to find, no problem parking, plenty of options for lunch nearby. Would definitely repeat for refreshers or other certificates. Steven Y.

I was taking the course with 3 others who would not only be using the information in this course, but 2 of them had actually been doing it already. So felt slightly lost in some of it. For someone doing the word of creating and writing the Asbestos abatement reports, I believe this would be a very good course. The instructors are very knowledgeable and experienced. There is practical experience and plenty of on-hands stories to break up the long classroom time. Abel M.

Day 1 videos and small talk, did not show NIBS to the extent that is was relevant to the course nor the test. Two questions on the examine asked specifically about sections in the NIBS, was not covered.
Day 2 Satisfactory
Day 3 Material was covered by review was poor as to the test materials, was a course reading through.
