Way better than what I thought. Instructor new everything and cover the material extremely well. And then the people working in the office really went all the way through to make sure I got in rolled in my class and they did amazing job as well. Overall it was one of the best training expenses. I had a very positive experience. I am happy that I chose Zack Academy when scheduling my refresher course. I felt like my instructor was very knowledgable about the subject and he did a good job transferring some of that knowledge to me. Honestly this class was not like any of thee other classes I attended, as far an asbestos worker refresher class. My instructor was a very down to earth guy. He let us know first hand that he used to sit in the same seats we sat in so he wanted us to expect more from him lol. Made us feel very comfortable about the class and even the type of feild we were in. It is a very dangerous job but with safety and the will to want to live long dangers can be avoided.
