This 3-hour Goal Setting: Turning Dreams Into Reality. DREAM. PLAN. ACT. course teaches students how to create functional goals for each department of their restoration business. Students will learn how to create actionable, measurable tasks and how best to prioritize them. Students will also learn how to track their goals so they can effectively manage their projects.

By the end of this course, students will have the framework for creating powerful, actionable goals to improve their restoration business in terms of revenue, productivity, and safety. Students will have an access window of 60 days from first login to complete this course.
