This Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course will cover carpet cleaning "inside & out" and enable you to be confident on every job no matter what the customer asks you or what the cleaning challenges are. Emphasis will be placed on the process and principles of carpet cleaning, how to remove stubborn stains, how to prevent stains from returning, and the chemistry of carpet stains.

Class was great, our instructor was amazing. He absolutely was super helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. Class was easy to enroll and very easy to navigate. This now my 4 class through Zack’s I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have two more classes I’m doing this upcoming week as well.. Elliot B.

The instructor was amazing and very thorough. He had great knowledge of all aspects of the course and not only made it easy to understand and follow, but made sure we had all the information, and learning tools need weather that be visual, auditory or hands on. My Instructor was top notch. He knew his information very specifically and was easy and open to questions and remedies. I whole heartedly would suggest this class to anyone who is a beginner or a professional. I can tell you that even the most experienced out there can learn important things to take away with you.
