Michael is an entertaining educator. I enjoyed his course & the wealth of knowledge he carries; however, his teaching style seemed to be more suitable for individuals of whom have previous experience in the fire restoration field. As someone who doesn’t have fire restoration experience, I would’ve appreciated a teaching style that could’ve been more effective for a first timer. Still, a good experience nevertheless. Thank you. I recently took an online course taught by Gary, and I couldn't be more impressed. Despite being an older gentleman, his deep expertise was evident. Gary knows the course material inside and out, and his teaching style makes complex topics easy to understand. I appreciated his thorough explanations and the way he broke things down step-by-step.

I had a great experience with Jessika as my FSRT instructor. Jessika is very knowledgeable and really took the time to go into detail about certain things with the entire class. I appreciate the way she would make sure we were all on the same page before continuing on. I am looking forward to taking another course with her.
