IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Courses
This IICRC-accredited Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) course is designed to provide basic education for technicians and other materially interested parties in the science and practice of water damage restoration. This course will cover extraction, basic containment and basic mold procedures. This course is designed to teach non-restoration personnel that perform remediation work to give them a better concept of water damage, its effects and techniques for drying of structures. This course will give residential and commercial maintenance personnel the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows and contamination such as mold.

Darren was the instructor for the four day course. He was excellent at teaching and providing many examples for each section. Darren was able to communicate to everyone and their different ways of thinking to help understand the course. I took the exam as soon as the last class ended and I passed. The material that was provided for the course (study guides, quiz questions, etc) were very helpful. The practice quiz on the learntorestore website really helped me a lot. Thank you. Rik v.

The IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician course was extremely informative and well-structured. This was the first certification course I have taken like this online. I found the instructor helpful at answering questions and appreciated his time staying on the call after the class ended to answer questions. I have some experience in this line of work. So you can say I know a thing or two. With that being said, someone recommended I take this course on the condition it was backed by IICRC. Came across this one including a few others online, what distinguished this one was how soon it was scheduled to start. So glad I came across Chris. Gave me some much insight on material and this line of work. The way he demonstrates and teaches the material makes it comprehensive. If you feel stuck somewhere, don't hesitate to let him know. He will go more in depth or different approach/analogy until we're on the same page. Despite the training being online, Chris also has an array of tools that either you've used or will eventually come across in this line work. Definitely recommended Chris if you're considering to be WRT certified!!! Daniel B.
