Residential Project Management Courses

This 8-hour Residential Project Management course looks at the responsibilities of a project manager and the methods used by seasoned builders to effectively manage every aspect of a building project. The three primary types of project managers will be discussed, along with their respective advantages and disadvantages. This Residential Project Management course is approved for Florida general contractor CEUs.
