Xactimate (Everlast Cleaning) Courses

This 3-day Xactimate online course teaches students how to create property damage estimates using Xactimate. Students will learn how to use Xactimate to modify models, create scaled diagrams, and send estimates and professional print reports throughout this three-day online course. The included digital workbook is often emailed out one to two days before class. Additionally, students receive a promo code that can be used to save money on Xactimate User Certification examinations, which are sold separately from Xactware. This online course is approved for 14 IICRC continuing education credits. By the end of the course, students will be able to use sketch for interior dimensioning, find and identify the right line items depending on the type of loss, give your estimates in properly formatted reports, and much more.

Course Objectives:

• Drawing interior and roofing diagrams using construction concepts, locating line items associated with the repairs you currently have planned, making adjustments to material pricing, developing bid items, miscellaneous items, and/or material analysis line items, annotations and symbols are useful tools for efficiently recording losses, recognizing and utilizing keyboard shortcuts, estimating computations; and reference area and reference block properties are used.
