12-Hour MA Construction Supervisor License Renewal (CSL) - Hybrid Courses

This 12-Hour MA Construction Supervisor License Renewal (CSL) - Hybrid course consists of 6 hours live in class instruction, and 6 hours online on-demand. Upon completion of registering for the course, you will be emailed login instructions to take the 6 hour online class. This course will give you the required credits needed to renew your MA CSL license.

Topics to be Covered: Energy and "Net Zero" Construction Requirements (2 hours); Business (2 hours); Code (2 hours); Changes in the Residential Code – Ch. 3 Code Review (2 hours); Jobsite Safety and OSHA Workplace Safety (1 hour); Workman’s Comp Business Practice (1 hour); Understanding Vapor Barriers Energy (1 hour); Lead and You Lead Safety (1 hour)

Note: This course is designed for students who already hold an MA CSL license. Licensees who renew a license or are issued a first-time license on or after July 1, 2011 must comply with education requirements following a full two-year cycle. A qualifying Construction Supervisor licensee must provide proof of completion of required hours in the appropriate category in which the licensee is licensed (Restricted, Unrestricted or Specialty). Unrestricted Licensees need 12 hours every two (2) years. Restricted Licensees need 10 hours every two (2) years; Specialty Contractors (Masonry, Roofing, Windows/Siding, Demolition, Insulation) need 6 hours every two (2) years.
