When I entered the academy day one I was nervous. I have over 30 years in HVAC but in doing the reading assignments ahead of time it became clear BPI was very different. Our instructor, worked hard on both the hands-on and the class time to make sure we understood both sides and were comfortable with everything. He is a man of integrity who does whatever it takes to make certain the students are ready. I highly recommend this academy. Raymond D.
