In this BPI Energy Auditor Online Anytime course, students will learn how to perform the tasks of a Department of Energy-approved Home Energy Auditor (HEP). The HEP Energy Auditor certification is an advanced certification and one of the residential energy efficiency industry's highest credentials. Individuals with the HEP certification are trusted to have the knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively complete a residential energy audit.
This course is conveniently provided entirely online and takes approximately 32 hours to complete. Students will able to start and stop course modules as they proceed through lessons.
Upon successful completion of this course students will be prepared to take the BPI HEP EA Written and Field exams (exam fees not included with registration).
