This SPF Assistant Exam Prep (SPFA Non-Member) course provides instruction for anyone involved in the installation of spray polyurethane foam (SPF) in thermal insulation installations. SPF Assistant duties may include assisting in project set-up, substrate preparation, material handling, and other non-spraying tasks.

This course is presented as an online course. Students will be able to start and stop course modules as needed. Upon successful completion, students will earn a certificate of course completion. Students must complete the SPF exam in order to earn their SPF certificate.

Certification Details:

Students must download and fill out the SPFA PCP Assistant Certification forms when they are ready to take the certification exam. The forms can be downloaded at http://www.sprayfoam.org/certification/insulation-certification-program . The Written Examination consists of 150 multiple-choice questions with a passing rate of 75%.
