Lead Inspector Certification Initial Courses in Ohio
This Lead Inspector Initial training provides information for individuals who perform lead-based paint inspections and/or clearance examinations on abatement and renovation projects. This course will teach the legal obligations facing inspectors when inspecting for lead hazards, and individuals will learn to determine whether or not lead-based paint or other lead hazards are present in sufficient quantities to require abatement according to regulatory guidelines. This workshop prepares you to apply your knowledge to the field, with extensive hands-on training and real-world examples from experienced instructors.

Big Apple Occupational Safety Corp did really well on getting out the details prior to the course. We had two instructors. The first day we had Liam. He was hard of hearing, didn't really answer our questions, and was very hard to follow with the power point, we weren't really taught anything the first day. The last two days we had Ganesh (I believe that was his name, apologies). He was very informative and hilarious! Ganesh really kept us engaged and answered all of the questions we had. He broke down the equations for us and really walked us through it. I felt prepped and ready to take the test by the end of day three. All in all, I give 4 stars. Richard C.

The lead inspector training at Lianna Development Corporation was among the top 5% of training experiences I have ever encountered. From the beginning, the instructor established the critical health importance of the field and provided numerous personal and professional experiences to make the topic relatable. As a highly regulated field, much of the lead instruction required tons of slideshow presentations. However, the instructor's personality and anecdotes helped it not feel like "death by slideshow" and instead made it feel as if the slides were supporting evidence for his personal belief in the importance of inspectors in protecting human health.
