Lynn is a very thorough instructor that takes the time and goes the extra mile to ensure that every student understands what is necessary to be a risk assessor. He made sure each of us had the course material down, then took the time to look at each student as an individual case and identify potential areas of concern for their respective municipalities. I would definitely take classes here again and plan to do any refresher work here in the future.
