The instructor has a knowledge of the topic that didn't seem to end or falter when questions would arise. That alone made my confidence in learning greater. He had answers for all our questions and took time to consider the students ideas and included class discussion on all topics. I have been in classes where when the instructor was asked a question he promptly blasted back the answer and that was the end of the question, that makes me less confident in the answer I got. That was not the case in this class, after the question the instructor calmly answered it and then followed up with why that was the answer and that's how people learn. An instructor can't teach effectively if his answer contains a hidden "because I said so". To add more positives to the review my instructor was polite, had a sense of humor, and consciously recognized everyone in the room. I would definitely attend other training with this company. Thank You Brian
