Lead Safe Renovator Supervisor Initial - MA Courses in Massachusetts
The Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards (DLS) requires that any contractor who performs renovation, repair, or painting (RRP) work in pre-1978 housing or any child-occupied facility must be licensed as Lead-Safe Renovation Contractor, and must employ at least one MA Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor who is on site at all times when lead-safe RRP work is in progress.
This 1-day Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor Initial training course prepares individuals for the responsibilities of supervising an RRP job site, and includes the Massachusetts DLS certification exam at the end of class.

I believe my instructor's name was Shane. He did a good job. I wish that a broader overview of all the licenses pertinent to lead was presented because these federal laws are not clear and a bit confusing. Barry and Max did a great job of explaining the material in a way that was engaging and entertaining. The hands-on portions of the class really helped drive the material we just learned home.
