Lead Visual Inspector Refresher - MD Courses
The purpose of this Lead Visual Inspector refresher course is to retrain and recertify individuals to perform dust wipe sampling and visual inspections in residential rental properties to determine compliance with the Maryland Full Risk Reduction or Modified Risk Reduction requirements. The course includes practical experience in examining and documenting sources of, and controlling, lead dust and lead debris. A refresher course certificate and Maryland photo identification card are provided for each student upon successful completion of the refresher course.
