Model Toxics Control Act: A Comprehensive Review of The Cleanup Process for Regulators and Consultants is the second half of a two-part series on Washington's Model Toxics Control Act.
This program provides a real world, applied examination of Washington’s Model Toxics Control Act (WAC 173-340) covering key issues and situations that consultants and site managers deal with and argue about, with the goal of minimizing site review time and expediting site cleanup approvals.
In this 2-day session, attendees will participate in a review and discussion of how to respond to the issues most commonly faced in real-world situations: vapor intrusion, Method A cleanup levels for soil & groundwater, and stormwater.
Participants who complete this session will gain a deeper understanding the most common issues, and how to expedite compliance by working effectively with WA Ecology site managers.
