This 4-Hour Fall Prevention SST-B305 - Online course is designed for New York City construction workers seeking their Site Safety Training (SST) card. This course provides 4 hours of online instruction toward the training requirements outlined by the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) for Site Safety Training.
Students will learn methods to prevent fall injuries, which are one of the most fatal types of construction injuries. This course covers fall hazards, fall protection systems, competent person responsibilities, and more.
This course is provided entirely online. Students must have access to high speed internet and a computer with audio and web camera capabilities. Students must complete all course modules and pass the course exam with a score of 70% or higher. Upon successful completion, students will earn their course certificate.
