As per Local Law 52 of 2005, this 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Safety training course is required for workers using supported scaffolds on construction sites in New York City. This course explains the basic elements of supported scaffold safety and introduces students to the nature of supported scaffold hazards. This course emphasizes the role of the scaffold user in accident prevention, which includes scaffold inspections, recognizing hazards, and responding to emergencies. This course is required for anyone who will use or work on supported scaffolds of any height.

Having replicas and pieces of the scaffold system in the classroom further helped.

I also like the fact that he did not over do it with the accident videos I know they are necessary, but in a previous class there were just too many. Excellent teacher!
