This Cal/OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry course provides entry level construction workers with important information on their rights, employer responsibilities, and worksite safety. This course covers a variety of construction safety and health hazards often encountered on a construction site.
This course is a requirement for many entry level construction jobs. Upon successful completion of this course, students will earn their 10-Hour Cal/OSHA certification card.
Topics to be Covered: OSHA Focus Four Hazards: Falls, Electrocution, Struct-by, and Caught-between; Personal Protective Equipment; Health Hazards in Construction; Injury and Illness Prevention Program; Heat Illness Prevention; 90 Minute Electives
