This two-day Healthy Homes Community Worker course trains students on the connection between health and housing. Specifically, this course covers the eight principles of healthy housing as illustrated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). By the end of this course, students will understand the health outcomes of healthy housing principles as well as steps they can take to improve indoor environments.
