In this N-95 and Other Filtering Facepiece Respirators Awareness course, students will learn how to use different types of respirators effectively. Specifically, this course covers best use practices, components of a respirator, and different types of respirators.
This course is approximately 30 minutes in length, making it an ideal solution to quickly train staff on N-95 respirator use.
In situations where personnel may be exposed to airborne infectious diseases, N-95 and other filtering facepiece respirators are key in preventing illness. However, incorrect use of these respirators can render them useless. In order to get the most out of personal protective equipment such as N-95 respirators, proper training on their use is a must.
