This 8-hour ServSafe Manager Certification course verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from food-borne illnesses. This course covers best practices for those overseeing food service operations. Upon successful completion of this American National Standards Institute (ANSI) course and 90-question exam, students will earn their ServSafe Manager Certification.
