This course is tailored for those seeking MS4 Operator licensure and it is designed to meet EPA and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit standards. Specifically, this course teaches candidates the proper erosion, sediment and waste controls used on construction sites. Students will also learn protocol for gauging program compliance, effectiveness and record keeping as they apply to stormwater management for MS4s.
