Minnesota General Construction Discharge Permit Online Courses

This Minnesota General Construction Discharge Permit is designed for professionals who will be responsible for environmental compliance on construction projects. Specifically, this course educates individuals on the process and compliance standards of Clean Water Act's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) in Minnesota. 

This course is presented fully online. Students will be able to start and stop course modules as necessary during their window of access to the course. Upon successful completion, students will earn 3 Professional Development Hours and a certificate valid for two years.
