Qualified Preparer of SWPPP Online - Enhanced Courses

This 18.5-hour Qualified Preparer of SWPPP Online program educates individuals to prepare Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in compliance with the state-specific General Permit program for CO, CT, DC, FL, ID, MA, MN, MT, NH, NM, OH, RI, TX, UT, WI, PR and US Virgin Islands.

As a QPSWPPP, you will receive a dual credential as a QCIS, which qualifies you to inspect and maintain construction sites for stormwater compliance. This program covers the principles and practices of erosion and sediment control as well as the proper reporting and documentation requirements for ensuring compliance under the NPDES or state permit program.

This program is comprised of six (6) modules and corresponding exams and takes approximately 18.5 hours to complete. It has been reviewed and recognized by the EPA and is a Level 300 USGBC approved training.

NOTE: If you work in CA, AK, AL, DE, GA, MD, MI, NY, OR, SC, TN, VA, or WA, you can take this course for supplemental training however the course is not approved by the state Stormwater Governing Body. If you work in a different state than those listed in the above description, please view the 16.5 Hour NPDES version of this course.
