This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training course has been designed for change agents, project leaders, data analysts, continuous improvement professionals, and production specialists to augment their current level of knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma methods, principles, and tools.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts will be able to demonstrate work impact, that is: reducing process variation, improve process efficiency (cost and waste reduction), optimizing machine OEE and utilization. Our Lean Six Sigma course aligns with the Council for Six Sigma Certification and IASSC certification requirements. The full DMAIC and DMADV methodology will be explored during the training and students are expected to complete all assignments, exercises, in class project and pass a written test to become certified.
Our Green Belt Learners are equipped to tackle small to medium size projects with capacity to perform full DMAIC, ROI, Project Cost Outing, Perform Data analysis in either MINITAB, SigmaXL or R-Plus. For Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, examples are mainly in MINITAB/SigmaXL.

Process controls (CTQ, PFMEA, DFMEA, Control plans, Quality Alerts, Process Audits), introduction to Taguchi, Lean systems introduction (Flow, MDI, LSW, Kanban, SUR, TPM, 5S+1, Leading Effective Gembas, Leading Kaizens, Lean Sustenance strategies, etc.) and Project Cost out (ROI).
Course Completion Requirements: There will be in-class assignments, exercises and projects. Full completion of assignments and attendance at all classes is required to earn certification.
Final Exam passing grade is 75%
