Programme Management is about orchestrating strategic change. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) seeks to bring about this change through the coordinated management of a dossier of projects that change the organization to achieve benefits of strategic importance, and is a key tool for managing transformations. MSP includes the three core concepts - MSP Principles, MSP Governance Themes, and MSP Transformational Flows. The framework is characterised by its focus on benefit management, which is a process for maximising benefit realisation from organisational change projects.

Workshop Overview
Managing Successful Programmes is a four-and-a-half-day program that covers the MSP Manual that that is the syllabi for Foundation and Practitioner level exams. The course includes the MSP Foundation and Practitioner Exams in coordination with APMG.

The candidates attending the course get an understanding of the overall processes and principles of Programme Management, and learn the method to be used while Management of a Programme.

The MSP framework is based on three core concepts:

• MSP Principles – derived from the lessons learned from programme experiences, these highlight the common underlying success factors for a successful change programme
• MSP Governance Themes – covers the organizational approach to oversee and manage the change programme by putting in the right leadership, structure and control for supporting the transformation
• MSP Transformational Flows – defines the method of managing the lifecycle of the Programme from concept stage to delivery of benefits

Duration: Four and a half (4.5) days

The MSP course is a 4.5 days course that includes the Foundation & Practitioner Exams. We offer the candidates a choice of opting for either of the three course options:

The workshop fee includes the cost of MSP Manual, and Foundation & Practitioner Exam Fee, wherever applicable.

Exam Overview
The MSP qualifications covered in the course are:

• Foundation: a 1 hour closed book multiple-choice exam (75 questions).
• Practitioner: a 2½ hour open book objective testing exam designed to test the candidate's knowledge of concepts and understanding of MSP

BizQ is an APMG Licensed Affiliate for MSP, and the course is organised in partnership with Yellowhouse, an APMG ATO (Accredited Training Organization)

The course is based on the latest, i.e. 2011 edition of MSP Manual.
