By using PRiSM, a project methodology and toolset developed by GPM Global that incorporates ISO:14001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, and ISO 9001 best practices and governance with project delivery, you will be able to weave sustainable methods into the fabric of projects, expanding your impact beyond scope and deliverables to five bottom lines that define the health of the organization as a whole. At the end of this workshop you have the knowledge to make a direct impact on your projects and ultimately on your organization.

Meet the Instructor:
Joel Carboni is the President and founder of GPM Global. He has over 15 years of experience in project and program management, working and consulting in both the private and public sectors for organizations in Banking/Finance, Energy, Legal, Technology, as well as Local Government.
He is the architect of the PRiSM project delivery methodology and author of the GPM Reference Guide to Sustainability in Project Management.
As an advocate for sustainability in project management, he has spoken all over the world at symposiums, congresses and conferences. He is a member of the American National Standards Institute, a contributor to the UN Global Compact, and has been recognized for his work with to promote Peace, Culture, and Education around the world and is the recipient of both the Liberty and Humanitarian Awards from the SGI.
He serves as the Director of Standards for the asapm (IPMA-USA), is on the Executive Board for a regional science center and serves on the Executive Board for government led technology coalition focused on empowering youth to engage in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
