The water damage restoration industry has changed over the past few years. Restoration activities have become more complex, and analytics of restoration projects are no exception. Auditors are now being used to review submitted invoices with accompanying data; third party programs used to monitor and control work flow are not uncommon on job sites.
This Building Moisture Inspection and Documentation (BMI) course is designed to teach students the industry-standard techniques to perform inspection and documentation of water damaged buildings so that they can clearly tell the story.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will earn a ICRA BMI Certificate.
