The Disinfection Protocol Template is an editable Word document that provides a basic framework and guidance for assisting contractors in performing Coronavirus decontamination services. Upon registering for access to the template, the document is delivered via email within 1 business day of registration. 

This Protocol can be used to plan out a COVID-19 disinfection job and can be included as part of your bid submittal to help justify the scope of work. The contractor will be solely responsible for determining all preliminary assessment information, determine cleaning and disinfection levels, and planning for appropriate levels of PPE.
