COURSE DESCRIPTION
This Principles of Home Inspection: System & Standards course provides 140 hours of training required for New Jersey Home Inspectors as governed by the NJ Administrative Code Title 13. This program is distributed of ten 14-hour online course modules. The field training portion of the course requires students to perform 40 hours of inspection reporting under the supervision of a licensed New Jersey Home Inspector. Field training is to be coordinated with course trainer.
This course is based on the Carson and Dunlop - Principles of Home Inspection: Systems and Standards Third Edition Textbook.
