Corporate Training By Zack Academy - Xactimate (Everlast Cleaning)

This 3-day Xactimate Online Course teaches students how to create property damage estimates using Xactimate. Students will learn how to use Xactimate to modify models, create scaled diagrams, and send estimates and professional print reports throughout this three-day online course. The included digital workbook is often emailed out one to two days before class. Additionally, students receive a promo code that can be used to save money on Xactimate User Certification examinations, which are sold separately from Xactware. 

IICRC continuing education credits are accepted for this online course. By the end of the course, students will be able to submit their estimates in properly formatted reports, locate and identify the appropriate line items based on the kind of loss, use sketch for interior dimensioning, and much more. New users benefit from learning Xactimate from the ground up, using best practices and establishing an effective workflow from the start. With the help of Xactimate's tools and capabilities, seasoned and self-taught users can improve their technical proficiency, speed, and overall effectiveness.

• Flooring Tools selection to calculate carpet waste, modify roll direction, and show flooring cuts.
• Inspecting your estimate to identify and resolve scoping overlap, omission, and duplication issues.
• Delivering estimate reports in formats best suited to your clients (both internal and external).
