This 6-Hour MA CSL Core Review Online course will provide an overview of the priority continuing education topic areas for contractors in Massachusetts. Through this comprehensive online learning program, participants will review essential skills, practices, and legal requirements that are designed to ensure safe worksite practices and responsible services and business practices. This knowledge will benefit the contractor, as well as their workers, clients, and the greater community and environment.
Pair this course with a 6-hour in-person training to complete all 12 of your CSL requirements!
This training is approved by the MA Board of Building Regulations and Standards through the CSL Continuing Education Council for 6 credit hours on the following topics: Residential Code (2 hours), Job site Safety and OSHA Workplace Safety (1 hour), Workman's Comp Business Practice (1 hour), Energy (1 hour) and Lead safety (1 hour).
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the core points of knowledge necessary for the success and safety of a Licensed Contractor, related to OSHA, Workers Compensation, Energy, and Lead Paint Safety, and Innovative Green Building Strategies.
Identify worksite practices that promote safety and comply with local and federal regulations.
Implement construction strategies that promote responsible practices including improved energy efficiency and savings.
