This Oregon 13-Hour Residential Contractor Renewal Online Anytime course package fulfills all requirements for a two year renewal cycle for contractors. The required number of continued education hours is reduced to 8 hours for every two-year licensing cycle for contractors that have been licensed as a residential contractor for 6 or more years. The required number of continued education hours remains at 16 for contractors that have been licensed as a residential contractor less than six years.
Residential Contractors licensed more than 6 years:
Contractors will be required to complete 8 hours of continuing education during each two-year licensing cycle prior to license renewals in the following subject areas:
