This Master Electrician License Exam - Virginia and Maryland course allows contracts including the construction, repair, maintenance, alteration, or the removal of electrical systems under the national electric code. This course helps to prepare individuals for the Master Electrician Exams given in Virginia and Maryland. The Master Electrician is responsible for supervising and advising all other electricians working on any construction or installation project.

Master Electrician License Applicants must meet one of these requirements:

• One (1) year of practical experience as a licensed Virginia Journeyman, OR
• Ten (10) years of practical experience in the trade, verified by an affidavit from those who observed the work.
