This one day Lead Abatement Worker for Commercial Buildings and Superstructures refresher program fulfills the New Jersey Model Accreditation Program recertification requirements for lead-based paint abatement workers who perform work in commercial buildings, bridges, tanks, and other steel superstructures. This training is accredited by the State of New Jersey.
The successful trainee will receive the worker refresher course certificate. This course reviews essential abatement procedures including site preparation, project management, abatement implementation and worker safety.

Reciprocity: Applicants who have been trained and permitted outside of New Jersey must provide proof of a currently valid certification with another state which has received US Environmental Protection Agency authorization to administer and enforce a state lead certification and training program under Title IV of the Toxic Substances Control Act.
