COURSE DESCRIPTION
Biennial Reporting is a two-hour webinar that teaches you how to fill out the Biennial Report (EPA Form 8700-13) and the Notification of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle C Activities (Site Identification Form 8700-12). This includes where to look for waste-related data, which wastes must be counted and which wastes are not required to be reported. Large quantity generators will be able to submit a report summarizing site hazardous waste activities from the previous year by March 1st of even-numbered years.
