This course will give you an understanding of performing a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment following the federal requirements under the ASTM-E1527-05 ruling, the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule, and the difference with the Transaction Screen Assessment ASTM -E1528-06 rule.
