Taking the LEED AP BD+C Exam: Once you are prepared, you will register for the LEED AP BD+C exam with the U.S. Green Building Council and pay the exam fee. The exam is taken in-person at a Prometric Testing Center, and appointments are available 6 days a week, year-round. There are 100 weighted questions in multiple-choice format, and the exam is closed book. A passing score of 170 or higher out of 200 points on both the LEED AP BD+C and Green Associate exam is required to earn the credential.
