The Maritime Resource Management Online Course is offered by the Calhoon MEBA Engineering School (CMES).The course completion certificate satisfies all NMC regulatory training and certification requirements for candidates to hold STCW endorsements for:
- Engine Room Resource Management - Management Level
- Engine Room Resource Management - Operational Level
- Leadership and Management – Deck and Engineering
- Leadership and Teamworking – Engineering, Original and Renewal
This course is the ONLY STCW-approved online course in the country! You do not have to travel or leave your home to receive your STCW Endorsements.
Schedule:
This two-week course is a scheduled participation course. It contains activities that must be completed satisfactorily in order to satisfy the course requirements. Course lessons are presented sequentially, and are scheduled to begin and end on a specific date and time. The student must be available to complete course work and to participate in group activities according to the schedule set out in the course syllabus and lesson availability schedule. The course is available over a span of 12 days. Most students require approximately 60 hours of work to complete the course materials.

Final Examination:
All students taking the Maritime Resource Management Online Course are required to take the Final Examination at a Prometric Testing Center in the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands. After all coursework is completed, the student will be provided with the necessary information and authorization to schedule the final exam at a Prometric office location that is convenient to him or her. The price of the Examination is included in the tuition. Testing must be scheduled and completed no later than 30 days from the date that CMES contacts the student with authorization to test at Prometric.
Certificate:
The course certificate will be mailed to the student within 10 business days of successful completion of the final exam at Prometric, to the student's address of record at the time of course registration.
