Why Should You Take This Mold and Moisture Control in Attics, Basements, and Crawlspaces Course?
This Mold and Moisture Control in Attics, Basements, and Crawlspaces course addresses preventative measures for avoiding future problems. Through the lens of Restoration/Remediation Industry standards and Original Structural Engineering Parameters, Mold & Moisture Control for Attics, Basements and Crawlspaces takes a 360 degree view that can be applied to just about any area of residential or commercial construction.
The class is divided into two segments. The morning is used to build a foundation for understanding the material (moisture drivers, moisture content, source removal, dew point, temperature, thresholds, engineering windows, structural substrates, mechanicals, etc) from a technical, marketing and selling perspective. The afternoon session addresses the "how to’s" of each element including a full demonstration and hands-on session where each attendee will have the opportunity to work with, apply and install the full system. In addition to teaching the information associated with understanding the five areas of successfully addressing mold and moisture related issues in attics, basements and crawlspaces, the class also presents the information and tools necessary to close sales faster using third party finance solutions and it teaches the building blocks of value building that results in residual income for the installing contractor as well as peace of mind for the consumer purchasing the system.
