Mold has been an environmental issue for thousands of years. Current trends, proposed legislation, and regulatory requirements makes mold one of the most important indoor environmental issues of the new millennia. Hurricanes, floods, mechanical problems and poor building maintenance may lead to microbial growth, affecting occupants health, property values and insurance policies.
Why Should You Take This Course?
The State of Florida began enforcing Florida Statute 468 in 2011. Licensing of mold assessors and remediators is now required.
