This Mold Remediation Contractor Refresher - NY course re-certifies contractors who operate a company that performs mold remediation services. The course reviews industry standard techniques to remove, clean and treat mold projects. Students will also review worker protection and documentation of the project.

New York State regulations require any individual performing mold remediation to attend an accredited remediation training program and remain up to date on refresher courses every 2 years. A Mold Remediation Contractor must have a valid certificate or a copy of their certificate with them at all times while working on the project. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will receive a certificate of re-accreditation as a Mold Remediation Contractor. 

• Currently licensed Mold Remediation Contractors in New York
• If you are not previously licensed by NYS, or if your certificate has been expired for more than 90 days, you will need to attend the Mold Remediation Contractor initial training.
