This Flagger Awareness course presents important safety techniques to help professional flaggers perform their jobs without harm. Students will review personal protective equipment, traffic controlling, and best practices to reduce safety hazards on the jobsite.
This course is conducted by an OSHA-authorized instructor and meets the training requirements for flagger awareness per OSHA standards under CFR 29 1926 Subpart G, regulations under Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), PPE requirements for flaggers, and techniques to safely control and direct traffic around construction activities.
