The OSHA Residential Safety Enforcement Initiative Combo Course is 5 hours in length and is designed to provide residential contractors an overview of the OSHA requirements for all construction, remodeling, & renovation work.
Participants will also learn about the Big 5 Safety concerns that OSHA looks for on your site.
The first part of the class will cover what is required for an Accident Prevention program, as well as how to build one, implement it in your company, and why its all about your employees.
We will also cover the Big 5 Safety Concerns found on residential job sites, including:
This course will also cover the new changes to the confined space rule, and the proposed changes to the Silica Standard. The course will conclude with the basics of record keeping to keep your firm compliant.
Each participant will receive a certificate for 7 different areas to help build their OSHA Safety Training.
