Corporate Training By Zack Academy - Overhead Crane Safety

This Overhead Crane Training teaches construction professionals how to safely operate cranes. This course will cover safe operating practices such as loading and securing the crane, as well as crane maintenance and inspections. By the end of this course, students will be trained to OSHA standards for safe overhead crane operation.

Overhead cranes are extremely useful construction tools, but can be extremely dangerous. Cranes can easily become fall hazards when handled improperly. In order to reduce workplace injuries and increase productivity, thorough safety training is required before anyone uses an overhead crane.

This safety training course employs both practical learning and lecture to help students familiarize themselves with overhead crane usage. Students must successfully complete a written and practical exam in order to earn credit for the course. Upon successful completion, students will receive their certification cards.
