This 4-hour ServSafe Food Handler Certification course trains students on the basics of food handling safety. This course is designed for especially for entry-level food service professionals. Specifically, students will learn important information on topics such as cross-contamination, common food-borne illnesses, and personal protective equipment.
Upon successful completion of this American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited course and 40-question exam, students will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the National Restaurant Association.
