This California General Permit Program Online course teaches stormwater professionals lawful handling of stormwater discharges from construction sites as it applies to the State of California. Specifically, students will be educated on the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity.
For stormwater professionals or consultants involved in project compliance, this course provides detailed instruction on permit application, state environmental regulations, coverages provided by the NPDES permit and reporting requirements of the permit.
